Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave our Ghent warehouse the same day. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Large toys
The Little Larder play kitchen and the Pathfinder Balance Bike ship in their own boxes and can arrive a day later than the rest of an order.
Packaging
We pack in recycled cardboard with paper tape and paper padding. No plastic air pillows, no plastic windows. If you’re sending a gift, we leave the price off the delivery note.
