Glint Tiles
Magnetic building tiles
Age: 3 years and up
Translucent magnetic tiles in eight colours that click together edge to edge. Flat shapes become cubes, towers, houses and rockets, and the colours mix when light shines through.
- Free delivery in BE and NL from €60
- 30-day returns, unused and in the box
- Tested to EN 71 and CE marked
- Magnets sealed in and the tiles riveted shut, not just glued
- Translucent colours that mix in sunlight on the floor
- Stronger magnets than most budget tiles, so tall towers stay up
- Set 64 for one child, Set 100 with wheels for siblings and vehicles
Glint Tiles are flat, translucent squares and triangles with magnets along every edge. Hold two close together and they click into place. From there children build cubes, pyramids, towers, houses, garages and rockets, discovering geometry along the way: four triangles make a pyramid, six squares make a cube, and a net folds up into a solid.
Why parents choose magnetic tiles
Magnetic tiles are one of the few toys that work the same for a three-year-old and a ten-year-old. Toddlers lay them flat and make windows on the floor. Five-year-olds build towers taller than themselves. Older children work out that a ring of triangles curves into a dome. Because the tiles snap together, children can build 3D shapes before they have the dexterity for blocks.
Built to the strictest magnet rules
Loose magnets are dangerous if swallowed, so the magnets in Glint Tiles are sealed inside the frame and each tile is held shut by ultrasonic welding and four rivets, not glue alone. The magnet strength is tested to the flux-index limit in EN 71-1. Check tiles now and then for cracks, and retire any that are damaged.
Set 64 or Set 100?
Set 64 is enough for one child to build a house or a 1-metre tower. Set 100 adds rectangles and four wheel bases for cars and trains, and has enough pieces for two children to build at once without arguing.

- Set 64: 32 squares, 24 triangles, 8 long triangles
- Set 100: adds 20 squares, 12 triangles, 4 rectangles, 4 wheel bases

Questions about Glint Tiles
Are magnetic tiles safe for a 3-year-old?
Yes, when the magnets are fully sealed. Glint Tiles have their magnets enclosed in the frame, which is welded and riveted shut, and they meet the EN 71-1 rules for magnetic toys. Inspect tiles from time to time and remove any that are cracked.
Do Glint Tiles work with other magnetic tile brands?
Our squares are 7.5 cm, the most common size, and connect to most other 7.5 cm tiles. Magnet strength varies between brands, so mixed towers may be less stable.
How many magnetic tiles does a child need?
About 60 pieces is enough for one child to build freely. With two children or vehicle builds, 100 avoids arguments over the last square.
