You have 30 days from delivery to return a toy for a full refund, as long as it’s unused and in its original box.
How to return a toy
- Email support@mathlab.xyz with your order number and which toy you are returning.
- We send a prepaid return label for Belgium and the Netherlands. From other EU countries, you arrange the return shipment.
- Pack the toy in its original box, inside a shipping box.
- We refund within five working days of receiving it, to the original payment method.
Damaged or faulty toys
If a toy arrives damaged or develops a fault, send us a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it, including shipping. All toys carry the two-year EU legal guarantee.
What can’t be returned
The Fort Ferncastle cardboard castle can’t be returned once it has been coloured in, and an assembled Bug Inn can’t be returned once it has been filled.
